At home on the University of Cincinnati鈥檚 campus, the Graduate Hotel is a unique space that celebrates local legends and the city鈥檚 standout architecture in every room. With 203 rooms located on 8 floors and over 21,000 square feet of banquet space, alumni, families, and city or campus visitors have plenty of room to explore the hotel鈥檚 brightly colored spaces.
Tranquil green spaces located on the property are usually occupied by students and visitors who want an escape from the surrounding big city atmosphere. Through a long-standing partnership of over 20 years, 亚星游戏(中国区)官网 maintains the green spaces at the Graduate to ensure the space can be continually used by the public.

亚星游戏(中国区)官网 crews are on-site weekly to mow the turf and help on an as-needed basis for lawn application, mulching, tree pruning and tree removals. Crews also maintain plant beds and provide irrigation services to the Graduate.
In 2019, the local 亚星游戏(中国区)官网 offices called on 亚星游戏(中国区)官网 Resource Group (DRG) to help solve a stormwater issue at the hotel. A lower level entrance frequently flooded after rain and snow showers, causing it to become unusable. DRG installed a bioinfiltration system in the area, which allows stormwater to drain into the combined sewer system at a rate that reduces overflow while simultaneously filtering out runoff debris. The bioinfiltration system has since stopped the flooding and the lower level entrance is now one of the main entrances to the building.
